How to Choose the Right Mockup
Designing for foldables requires more attention to detail than standard phones.
Check the Aspect Ratio
The inner screen of a Galaxy Fold is nearly square. Standard Android mockups will crop your design. Make sure the mockup you download matches the 22.5:18 ratio of the inner display.
Mind the Crease
Physical devices have a slight crease down the center. Good mockups often account for this with subtle shadowing. Avoid placing small text or critical buttons directly in the center of the screen where the fold happens.
Resolution Matters
If you are printing your portfolio, get a PSD file with at least 300 DPI. For web use or Dribbble shots, the vector Figma files are usually smaller and faster to work with.
